Adaptogen Mushroom Tea
I could talk about the transformation mushrooms have had on my mental health over the past few years. I truly believe mushrooms can be an amazing alternative or first line defense against a plethera of mental health issues. I started drinking these teas religiously each morning and afternoon (timing cortisol reducing blends for later in the day to work with the natural cortisol curve) to help with high cortisol levels, brain fog, anxiety, depression, gut health and sleep.
