Lactation Tea
During my cumulative 4.5 years of breastfeeding our girls, this tea was without a doubt the product I attribute my supply sucesses after so many struggles. My supply was all over the place, drying out and it wasn't hydration, diet, hormones, thyroid or iron for the majority of it. I did extensive research and was pointed toward many (very expensive) supplements and alternatives but this tea checked all the boxes for a fraction of the price and I loved the taste so it was easy to stay consistent in taking it.
